Very Little Colitis in India

This is very true.

In India, I have visited the Punjab several times. They all use squatting positions to empty their bowels. They are however, slowly moving towards sitting positions for opening their bowels.

I spoke to Gastroenterologists in New Delhi; they informed me that IBD has rapidly increased in large cities areas where sitting position toilets have over taken squatting position lavatories.

My Uncle lived in Punjab for 55 years before he moved to America California. He now experiences very severe constipation. Doctors in US, informed him it was due to climatic change!

Finally, to all those suffering from chronic GI issues, I must draw your attention to SCD specific carbohydrate diet, this diet will cure any GI issues.

Best of luck.

In Good Health.
