Sleepy Legs

When I squat, which I always prefer to, my legs and feet 'go to sleep'. Due to that I often lose my balance and fall backwards. Due to this I can't do my business peacefully! What to do about it?

Squatting comfortably

One way is to strengthen your muscles involved in squatting through exercise and practice.

Also, try not to prolong the squatting position unnecessarily. You can do that by taking up the position upon the call of nature.

Whatever you do, don't give up on squatting!

It is the best position for answering the call of nature for everyone - young and old alike.
