Please take a moment to review our terms and conditions. We want to help and protect as many people as possible from the health risks associated with sitting toilets through our unique toilet converter in a flexible agreement.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase you have the right to return the unused toilet converter within 10 days of receiving the item for a refund minus a $5 handling and restocking fee.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Please contact us before you return the toilet converter so we can provide a prepaid shipping label and a return merchandise authorization (RMA) information that you must include in the package.
We personally inspect and conduct a rigorous quality check on all our toilet converters before they are shipped. We guarantee that our toilet converters are free from defects and will work as stated.
Though we do not offer a guarantee for our international customers, if during the course of use within 3 months, your toilet converter become defective, please contact us and we will find a way to resolve the defect either by repairing or replacing the toilet converter.
We do not issue refunds in such cases. However, we may, at our sole discretion, agree to refund for special cases. But for these cases, we would refund just the actual price paid for the toilet converter. All shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.
If you receive the package that appears damaged to the extent that the goods inside may be damaged, please refuse the delivery and inform the courier immediately. It is your responsibility to follow up with the courier to be reimbursed for damaged goods.
This also applies to follow-up delivery for various reasons, eg: you were not at home or you cannot be contacted by the courier. If this happens, please contact the courier immediately to arrange for re-delivery.
We do not issue refunds in cases when the courier is unable to get in touch with you for re-delivery within their stipulated time, and the item is either returned to us or disposed of.
