Upgrade the biggest hospitals with pedestal squat toilets in the biggest cities including the capital city in every nation.

This will, in one stroke, hold back the threat posed by sitting toilets. However, habits die hard, and the suppression of discussions about the link between toileting posture and effective waste elimination and health will mean that this won't happen.

Also, the majority of doctors won't dare to speak up.)
