Hasn't worked for me (Crohn's).

A few months after I contracted Crohn's, I switched to the squatting posture to lessen damage to an anal fissure, a common problem with Crohn's.


It certainly helped.

After over six years, however, I still have Crohn's. I would recommend the squatting posture for other reasons, such as to help avoid hemorrhoids.
