These Terms and Conditions (the "Agreement") describes your responsibilities and also the terms and conditions of your purchase of the Sandun-Evaco toilet converter (“Product") on this website.

By placing an order for the product, you are accepting and agreeing to these terms and conditions.  If you do not agree with any of the terms and conditions, you should not order it.  Also if you have any questions regarding the terms and conditions, please contact us.

Payment, Import Duties and Other Fees

Please note that when you purchase the product, you are solely responsible for payment of any import duties, tariffs, fees, or other costs that may incur to you in relation to shipping of the product into your country. 

Shipping and Delivery

Our delivery charges and methods may vary from time to time. The estimated arrival or delivery date is not a guaranteed delivery date. Please be sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

Limitation of Liability

You use the product at your own discretion and risk. In addition to the above, in no event will we be liable for any consequential, incidental, exemplary, or special damages arising from or related to the use of the product.

Indemnification

You agree to take full responsibility for any risks associated with its use, and agrees to indemnify us from against all liability, losses, damages, costs, or expenses of any nature, which you may at any time suffer, incur, or be required to pay resulting from as a result of using the product, including but not limited to any claim of injury, illness, or death resulting from the use of the product. 

The Heart of the Matter

The product, if used properly, is safe to use. However, like all other products, over time, there is wear and tear.  One must inspect and check the product regularly to make sure that it is functional and safe to use. If for some reasons the product is not safe to use, e.g. loose or damaged parts etc, one should stop using it.

Before buying the product, you acknowledge that you have read the terms of this Agreement and agree to be bound by its terms.
