My first encounter with a squatter...

by Unknown author

A man from Africa stayed at my house for about a year and this conversation came up.

I was surprised to hear that he was squatting on the regular toilet.

That seemed to me unhygenic because his feet were on the seat that others sat on.

Think about the inside
by: Jerry

Did he lift the seat and squatted on the frame? Either way, the important thing is that his insides were clean. The west is so obsessed with cleanliness, but it almost always neglects cleanliness inside the body. Squatting helps rid the colon of more toxins.
